Janco is an Alaskan-owned-and-operated janitorial service. They are family-run, which make for a level of trust and dedication unparalleled in their industry. The company cleans approximately 3 million square feet of property every single night, including buildings belonging to Alaska’s top businesses.

Their Challenge:

Janco faced a problem found all too often in the commercial cleaning industry: a messy website. Theirs lacked a personal human touch that fell short of conveying the firm’s core values: family, dedication, and quality. They reached out to us in hopes of revising the site to immediately communicate their uniqueness among Alaskan commercial cleaners.

The Solution:

Through strategic rearrangement of existing website content and better brand storytelling through quality video and written content, Beacon M+M created a more visually appealing variation of JancoJanitorial.net. After analyzing the websites of local competitors, we formulated a game plan that would assure the client would stand out from the rest of the pack. Our video, photo, and written content allowed for effective storytelling, while our web development team maintained a streamlined, efficient implementation process. The result was a website positioning Janco as the family-owned, driven, passionate, courteous firm it truly was – a site that would compel any property manager/building owner to choose Janco above the competition.
