Beacon Adds SEO & Traffic Analytics and Call Reporting to Our List of Services

We are always on the lookout for new ways to improve our customers’ experiences and continue to bring more value to the table. With that in mind, we are excited to announce two new services we are rolling out in August; Call Tracking and SEO & Traffic Analytics.

Call Tracking

Our call tracking allows us to drill down and track more precisely which of our social media marketing campaigns are performing. We can identify which one is garnering the return we expected them to and which we might need to tweak to be even more efficient. We can now create trackable phone numbers that seamlessly tie into the numbers our clients already have with no disruption to their daily business activities. We now have a more robust picture of how our PPC (Pay Per Click), organic, social media, or another campaign are impacting our clients’ customers and prospects.

We are particularly excited about the added benefits to our clients, like email notifications when leads come in so they can be followed up on while they’re hot. Our customers can now get a host of data on each call to equip them better to convert the lead to a sale.

SEO & Traffic Analytics

We believe marketing is all about the numbers and having accurate, easy to interpret data is critical to successful campaigns and happy clients. So it is with great excitement that we are launching the SEO and traffic analytics services. The new dashboard goes light years beyond spreadsheets to show live, visually appealing reporting function for our clients to view at their leisure. Now we can bring together your Google and Bing rankings, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Twitter, Instagram, and so much more all in one place. Since the dashboard is interactive, it allows for richer, more robust data that speaks directly to the bottom line.

The expansive list of features, interactivity, and ease of use come together to provide a dynamic and productive tool. We are proud to offer this new service to our clients that we know will enhance the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns and bring a new level of transparency and understanding to inbound and social media marketing.
