We are always on the lookout for new ways to improve our customers’ experiences and continue to bring more value to the table. With that in mind, we are excited to announce two new services we are rolling out in August; Call Tracking and SEO & Traffic Analytics.
Our call tracking allows us to drill down and track more precisely which of our social media marketing campaigns are performing. We can identify which one is garnering the return we expected them to and which we might need to tweak to be even more efficient. We can now create trackable phone numbers that seamlessly tie into the numbers our clients already have with no disruption to their daily business activities. We now have a more robust picture of how our PPC (Pay Per Click), organic, social media, or another campaign are impacting our clients’ customers and prospects.
We are particularly excited about the added benefits to our clients, like email notifications when leads come in so they can be followed up on while they’re hot. Our customers can now get a host of data on each call to equip them better to convert the lead to a sale.
